SHIPPING POLICY

FREE AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY
All orders ship free across Australia. We use insured tracked couriers for all parcels.

PRODUCTION TIMES
- Prints (signed): 7–10 business days
- Custom Print & Frame orders: 2-3 weeks depending on size and finish
- Bulk Print orders (10+ pieces): 1–2 business days for quote, then 2–4 weeks production

DELIVERY TIMES (once dispatched)
- Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth: 1–4 business days
- Regional Australia: 5–10 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Rolled giclée prints and wall murals ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Singapore — tracked and insured, shipping included in the price. Made to order: production 3 days; delivery typically 1–2 weeks. Prints ship rolled in a protective tube, ready for local stretching/framing. Stretched and framed options are available for Australia & New Zealand only.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
International orders are shipped delivery-duties-unpaid (DDU). Any import tax or customs fee is charged by your country at delivery and is the recipient's responsibility. Most US orders under US$800 arrive with no import charges.

OVERSIZE & FRAGILE
All framed pieces over 200cm are crated for transit. Oak floating frames and stretched canvases are wrapped in foam + bubble + corner protection.

TRACKING
You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. For oversize freight, you'll also receive a phone call to arrange delivery.
